Vertical neck lines

Overview:

Vertical neck lines, medically known as platysmal bands, are usually caused by hyperactivity of the platysma muscle of the neck as well as loss of elasticity and tissue support with aging. They are treated by injecting botulinum toxin (known as Botox®), which target the muscle fibres and tightens the neck.
